A modified version of the many turkey loaf recipes I've found online.

Recipe Ingredients for Health-ified Turkey Loaf

1 3/10 lbs. Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey
1/2 c onion, chopped
1/2 c pepper, chopped
1/4 c celery, chopped
1 egg white
1 c Fiber One Cereal, ground
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp mustard, brown

Recipe Directions for Health-ified Turkey Loaf

  1. Chop onion, pepper, and celery

  2. Mix all ingredients (except turkey) in a large bowl

  3. Add turkey and mix well w/hands

  4. Put into a greased loaf pan & bake for approx. 55-65 minutes at 350 degrees
