Healthy choice for lunch. Refreshing and filling. No Meat and No cooking! Pita bread, sprouts, 3 cheeses, and avocado.

Recipe Ingredients for Health Delight

1 pita, large (6-1/2" dia) Bread, Pita, White, Enriched
1 tbsp Dressing Cucumber
2 slice (1 oz) Provolone Cheese
1.5 slice (1 oz) Swiss Cheese
2 oz American Cheese
0.25 cup Alfalfa Seeds, Sprouted
0.5 cup, shredded or chopped Lettuce, Iceberg
15 grams Avocados

Recipe Directions for Health Delight

  1. Spread Cucumber Dressing over pita bread (like buttering toast)

  2. Add about 1.5-2 slices of Provolone, Swiss, and American cheese

  3. Put chopped lettuce on top (about 1/4 cup depending)

  4. Add Sprouts

  5. Add pureed avocado

  6. Fold pita bread with other ingredients in half

  7. Enjoy!
