Delicious bars that can be used as a satisfying snack!

Recipe Ingredients for Health Bars

1/4 c canola oil
2 tbsp honey
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 c old fashioned oats
1/4 c whole wheat flour
1/4 c dark chocolate chips
1/4 c dried cranberries
1/4 c peanuts

Recipe Directions for Health Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Combine wet ingredients and brown sugar in a small bowl. Stir lightly.

  3. Combine dry ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Pour in wet ingredients and stir together.

  4. Press firmly into a well-greased 9x9 baking dish.

  5. Bake for 35 minutes.

  6. Let cool completely.

  7. Cut into 12 pieces.
