coffee grinder 1 1/2 cups of flax seed flour 2 cups of oatmeal 1 cup of pecan pieces 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 egg 1/2 cup virgin macadamia nut oil 1 Tsp vanilla extract (natural) 1 tsp cinnamon extract (natural) 1 Tsp baking soda

Recipe Ingredients for Healing Cookies

12 oz Milled Flax Seed
2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 cup Chopped Pecans
8 serving Macadamia Nut Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Healing Cookies

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350. In a new coffee grinder make flax seed flour, set aside flour, oatmeal, & pecans.

  2. Mix oil, egg, vanilla, brown sugar, & baking soda in a bowl first.

  3. Add flour, oatmeal, pecans all at one time and mix good. I bake them in a miniature muffin pan, sprayed with Pam. Bake no more than 12 minutes. Let cool keep in cookie Jar.
