An HCG friendly recipe for traditional larb. Season with dried cilantro, cayenne pepper, and homemade sugar free sriracha!

Recipe Ingredients for HCG Larb

100 g raw chicken
1/2 onion
2 green onions
2 tbl mint
2 tbl cilantro
1/4 c lemon juice
1/4 cucumber
1 serving serving Chili Garlic Sauce

Recipe Directions for HCG Larb

  1. cut chicken into strips, sprinkle with cayenne, and marinate in half of the lemon juice.

  2. meanwhile, chop onion and cucumber into quarter inch pieces. then slice cilantro, mint, and green onions. mix in a bowl.

  3. grill chicken until cooked through, then shred each strip into small pieces. add chicken to vegetables, mix in chili garlic sauce, and cover in remaining lemon juice.

  4. season with dried cilantro and cayenne pepper to taste.
