Recipe Ingredients for HCG Garlic Roast

3 lb roast
1/2 onion
7 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for HCG Garlic Roast

Preheat over to 350 degrees. Put roast in roasting pan. Cut 6 small slits in roast and place one piece of cut garlic in each slit. Mix the rest of the spices in a bowl and rub on the roast. Add water to roasting pan until 1 1/2 inches deep. Add garlic and onion. Cook for 45-75 minutes depending on personal preferences regarding how "done it is. Make sure to serve 3 oz serving.
