I've been looking for something hearty to enjoy during Phase 2 of the HCG protocol. Here it is!

Recipe Ingredients for HCG friendly chili

4 oz Laura's 92% Lean Ground Beef
1 cup, sliced Onions
2 oz Tomato Paste
2 cup Organic Vegetable Broth
2 tsp Chili Powder
0.5 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
0.5 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for HCG friendly chili

  1. Pour 1/4 cup broth in a small saucepan & sautee onions

  2. Brown ground beef and use all seasonings to taste

  3. Add remaining 1.5 cup broth and 2 oz tomato paste, mixing in more broth if desired.

  4. Cover and simmer
