Recipe Ingredients for HCG Diet Cobb Salad

2 cups romaine lettuce
1/2 small tomato, diced
1/4 cup diced cucumber
2 T green onion tops, thinly sliced
2 radishes, thinly sliced
1 egg white, hard-boiled and sieved
3 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts, boiled and cubed

Recipe Directions for HCG Diet Cobb Salad

  1. arrange all ingredients in strips on top of lettuce. serve with any HCG Diet-approved dressing

  2. Note: this violates the "veg combining" rule of the strict HCG diet, but I have not found this to be a factor in my personal diet. Omit fruit in this meal, crumble melba or breadstick over as croutons, and you have a complete 260-calorie meal with the HCG creamy caesar dressing.
