HCG FRIENDLY TACO/CHILI SEASONING ( makes 3 tbsps, I triple or quadrupable this recipe)

Recipe Ingredients for HCG CHILI

500 grams 96% lean ground beef
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
822 g diced tomatoes, no salt

Recipe Directions for HCG CHILI

  1. HCG CHILI ( MAKES 4 APPROX 1C SERVINGS @ 169 CALS EACH, I VEG, 1 PROTEIN SERVING)

  2. 3 TBPS HCG TACO SEASONING

  3. 400 G (PRE COOKED WEIGHT) 96% LEAN GROUND BEEF

  4. 2 CANS (14.5 oz) DICED UNSALTED TOMATOES ( make sure there is NO sugar, etc in them..I use GREAT VALUE or KOGER )

  5. BROWN MEAT IN PAN WITH NO ADDITIONAL FAT( I add a bit of water, not much), then add the Chili Seasoning and 1/4c water, then add the canned tomatoes...stir well.. bring to a boil, then cover and simmer approx 20 mins...makes 4 servings ( aprrox 1c each)

  6. FREEZES WELL!!!!

  7. Counts as your meat and vegetable....I have this over 2 cups shredded lettuce and counted the tomatoes as my fruit on occassion without consequence...I also use my melba toast as "scoops" for the chili!!!
