This is for a single serving (1C) of chili according to the HCG Phase I Protocol.

Recipe Ingredients for HCG Chili

50 grams Bison, Ground
3 medium raw Tomato Roma
3/10 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1 tbsp chopped Onions
2 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Oregano
3 4/5 grams Arrowroot

Recipe Directions for HCG Chili

  1. Brown bison, onion, garlic and jalapeņo.

  2. Add tomatoes and spices.

  3. Cover and simmer on low until tomatoes are completely cooked, adding trace amount of arrowroot powder to thicken just before serving.
