This is a work in progress!! It uses 1 veggie, 1 fruit, 100 g meat, and melba toast. It is the entire meal, but so worth it!

Recipe Ingredients for hCG Cabbage Rolls

4 cabbage leaves
2 pieces Melba toast
2 apples , cored and quartered
200 g raw chicken tenders
346 g cabbage , 1" slices
1 tsp basil
1 1/2 tsp dill weed
1 tbsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for hCG Cabbage Rolls

  1. Place cabbage leaves in boiling water for 4-5 minutes, until wilted, but retaining color; drain on paper towels.

  2. Process remaining ingredients in food processor until it just starts to come together. Processed pieces should be about the size of a grain of rice.

  3. Place 1/4 mixture on each cabbage leaf. Roll up.

  4. Place seam side down in baking dish with 1/2 c. water and 1/4 tsp salt. Cover with foil. Bake 350 F for 30 minutes, or until rolls are firm and cabbage is translucent. ---OR--- Place seam side down in skillet half full of boiling (salted) water. Cover and cook on med. high 5 minutes on each side, or until rolls are firm and cabbage is translucent.

  5. Serve immediately.
