A yummy lamb chilli. Add Hot Scotch Bonnet and Habanero sauce to taste. :)

Recipe Ingredients for Hazel's Lamb Chilli

750 g lamb, minced
800 g chopped tomatoes
175 g butter beans
240 g red kidney beans
1 tbls sweetcorn
1 small green pepper
3 stalks celery
16 tbls brown rice

Recipe Directions for Hazel's Lamb Chilli

  1. Boil the lamb mince.

  2. Boil the rice.

  3. Chop the green pepper and celery. Add to the lamb.

  4. Add seasoning to taste - cumin, salt, chilli. Whatever.

  5. Total cooking time 30 mins.
