Quinoa, prawns and white fish, with white wine base - very healthy and yummy.

Recipe Ingredients for Hazel's Fishy Surprise

250 g quinoa
200 ml white wine
180 g prawns
184 g cod
5 stalks celery
170 g green beans
1/2 tsp tarragon

Recipe Directions for Hazel's Fishy Surprise

  1. Pour boiling water on the quinoa and cook for 5 mins.

  2. Tip in the codpieces (ok, it was coley) and bring to the boil.

  3. Tip in the white wine (we used Hock) and tarragon.

  4. Chop the celery into small chunks.

  5. Add the celery and prawns and keep boiling for 5 mins.

  6. Add green beans and continue boiling for 5 mins.

  7. Total cooking time 15 mins.

  8. Eat. Yum.
