Recipe Ingredients for Hazel's Chicken Stew - 1 Portion

80 g carrots
40 g onions
25 g swede
25 g turnip
8 g celery
50 g red lentils
130 g chicken, stewed
1/10 tsp salt
250 ml water
130 g new potatoes, boiled

Recipe Directions for Hazel's Chicken Stew - 1 Portion

  1. Place lentils, stewpack and chicken legs in a caserole dish.

  2. Add water and salt.

  3. Cover and stew in the oven for 70 mins.

  4. Boil potatoes for 15 mins before the end.

  5. Serve.

  6. Nom, nom, nom.
