Recipe Ingredients for Hazelnut Pesto

1/4 cup hazelnuts
2 cloves garlic
2 T lemon juice
1 1/2 cup parsley
1 tsp sea salt
2 T extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Hazelnut Pesto

  1. in a food processor, combine hazelnuts, garlic, and lemon juice. pulse several times to grind the nuts.

  2. add salt and parsley, process for a minute. drizzle oil and process until well combined, scraping the sides with a rubber spatula to make sure all?s well mixed.
