Lactose free, vegetarian dessert. Strong nutty taste, sweet and creamy. Good choice for a protein kick in the morning, or any time. You can play with the recipe by adding raisins for texture, or cooking for different times to get a creamy result or a flan-like consistency.

Recipe Ingredients for Hazelnut creme/pudding/flan - lactose free

14 grams Organic White Rice Flour
14 grams Natural Hazelnut Butter
5 tsp Agave Syrup
1 dash Salt, Table
250 grams Water

Recipe Directions for Hazelnut creme/pudding/flan - lactose free

  1. boil water

  2. reduce temperature

  3. add tablespoon of rice flour and stir

  4. add dash of salt

  5. add tablespoon of pureed hazelnut

  6. stir

  7. add agave syrup to sweeten (reduce amount if using a hazelnut butter that already has sugar added)

  8. cook on medium low for 3-5 minutes, the texture densifies the longer you cook. For a pudding texture stop cooking at around 3 minutes.

  9. Pour into individual servings while hot, will solidify as it cools

  10. Put in fridge.

  11. EAT!
