Hazelnut candies designed after Ferrero Rochet truffles.

Recipe Ingredients for Hazelnut Balls

5 oz Hazelnuts Or Filberts, Dry Roasted
60 pieces Graham Snack Honey
3 oz Powdered Sugar
3 tbsp Dark Corn Syrup
2 oz Sherry
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Hazelnut Balls

  1. Place hazelnuts and Teddy Grahams in food processor. Set aside 21 hazelnuts.

  2. Process nuts and cookies until fine.

  3. Add remaining ingredients to food processor and pulse until completely combined.

  4. Scrape down sides and pulse until smooth. Dough should be solid and sticky, but not wet.

  5. Remove dough from food processor and place in a bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  6. Scoop dough with spoon or ice cream scooper.

  7. Roll dough into balls around a hazelnut placed in the center.

  8. Roll balls in reserved hazelnuts, or roll in melted chocolate, then sprinkle with nuts.

  9. Store in refrigerator.
