Recipe Ingredients for Haystacks

11 ounce of butterscotch morsels
11 ounces of chow mein noodles

Recipe Directions for Haystacks

  1. Melt a whole package of butterscotch chips in an uncovered microwave-safe bowl on MED-HIGH (70%) power for about a minute or so. STIR. Morsels may retain some of their original shape.

  2. If necessary, microwave at additional 10- to 15-second intervals, stirring just until morsels are melted.

  3. Pour in about 3/4 of a bag of chow mein noodles (or more if you want), and stir until the noodles are coated well..

  4. Drop spoonfuls of the noodles onto wax paper, set in the fridge for an hour or so.

  5. And voila! Haystacks!!
