Recipe Ingredients for Hawaiin French Toast

16 oz texas toast or french toast sticks
12 Eggs
2 c 1% milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c maple syrup
20 oz crushed pineapple, drained
12 oz ham, diced
16 oz cream cheese,softened

Recipe Directions for Hawaiin French Toast

  1. cut french toast sticks (may leave texas toast in whole pieces) into 1 inch cubes.

  2. Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and maple syrup.

  3. Blend pineapple and 1-1/2 pkgs cream cheese in small bowl.

  4. Cube 1/2 pkg cream cheese and put in 9X13, lightly sprayed, pan.

  5. Put one layer of french toast sticks in pan

  6. Poor 1/2 egg mixture over french toast sticks.

  7. Spread pinapple/cream cheese mixture over french toast.

  8. next layer the ham.

  9. layer remaining french toast sticks in pan

  10. Slowly poor remaining egg mixture.

  11. Pan will be very full.

  12. Cover and Refrigerate overnight.

  13. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees
