Low-cal whole wheat pancakes with a tropical twist.

Recipe Ingredients for Hawaiian Whole Wheat Pancakes

2/3 c whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 egg white
2/3 c skim milk
1/2 c pineapple tidbits
1 tbsp dried coconut
1 tsp vanilla extract

  1. Mix the wet and dry ingredients seperately, then combine.

  2. Batter should be slightly lumpy.
