Cook in Pressure Cooker at 15PSI

Recipe Ingredients for Hawaiian Pork

1 cup rice
1 cup water
16 oz pork chops
2 peppers
8 oz pineapple chunks
2 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsp apricot preserves
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Recipe Directions for Hawaiian Pork

  1. Remove bone from pork chop, trim fat and cut into bite size pieces. Dice peppers.

  2. Heat oil in pressure cooker. Brown the pork. Stir in rice to coat with the oil. Add peppers.

  3. Add water, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, oinion powder and paprika.

  4. Cook for 10 minutes at 15PSI and use natural release.

  5. Once pressure is released and it is safe to remove lid, stir in the LOW SODIUM soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, apricot preserves, and pineapple chunks.
