Tastes like mild sweet and sour chicken. Serve over warm rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Hawaiian Chicken

2 lb Chicken
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. salt
20 ounce pineapple chunks, with liquid
1/2 cup honey
2 tbs. cornstarch
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 cup,+chopped green

Recipe Directions for Hawaiian Chicken

  1. Roll chicken in flour and salt mixture, and brown in butter or coconut oil.

  2. Blend all but drained pineapple chunks and bell peppers. In 9x13 casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray or coated with coconut oil arrange chicken, peppers and pineapple.

  3. Pour sauce over and bake uncovered at 350 degrees in a 9x13 baking dish. Prep time 10 min. cook time 40-45 min.for 40-45 minutes until done.

  4. Serve over warm rice.
