Recipe Ingredients for Hawaiian Chicken

1/8 tsp salt
1/3 cup vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp mustard
15 oz. chopped pineapple
4 oz pineapple juice
16 oz. chicken breast
2 cups brown rice

Recipe Directions for Hawaiian Chicken

  1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker, except rice.

  2. Cook on low 7-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.

  3. Cook rice.

  4. Serve chicken and juice over rice.
