Recipe Ingredients for Hawaiian Carrot Salad

6 medium Carrots
1 cup chopped raw Vidalia Onion
0.5 cup, sliced Almonds
1.5 cup Pineapple Chunks in 100% Juice
3 tbsp Pure US Grade A Clover Honey
3 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled

Recipe Directions for Hawaiian Carrot Salad

  1. Shred carrots

  2. Chop onion and pineapple (omit juice)

  3. Add almonds

  4. Toss with honey and lemon, season with salt and pepper to taste.
