Recipe Ingredients for Hawaiian Cabbage Salad

6 cups cabbage, shredded
1 cup carrots, shredded
14 oz pineapple
1/8 c jalapeno, diced
1/4 c cilantro
1 c light coconut milk,
1/2 c lime juice
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/4 c pineapple juice

Recipe Directions for Hawaiian Cabbage Salad

  1. Dice mango, pineapple and jalepeno into small bites

  2. Toss with shredded cabbage, carrots and julienned onion, chopped cilantro

  3. Dressing -

  4. Mix the coconut milk, fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice and pineapple juice until it tastes how you like. It's weird, but worked.

  5. Toss with salad and serve.
