1/2 cup Fresh Frozen Mixed Berries
14 grams Medium Amber Maple Syrup
1/2 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
1/4 oz (20 halves) Pecans
2 1/5 grams Nutmeg, Ground
2 3/10 grams Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for I hate oatmeal

cook oats with water, no salt on low flame. thaw berries on level one in microwave for about 2 minutes. I heat maple syrup in microwave as it thins and mixes better. Add berries and syrup to loosely cooked oats. sprinkle wiht chopped pecans, nutmeg and cinnamon
