My homemade hashbrowns, just olive oil, potatoes and a dash oof salt

Recipe Ingredients for Hashbrowns

1 potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Baked, Flesh And Skin
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Hashbrowns

  1. Grade a washed potato

  2. place 1/2 tbsp of olive oil in a heated pan.

  3. throw in a dash of salt to the oil

  4. add the potatoes

  5. 5mins on medium flip the potatoes (before flip I add the other 1/2 tlbs of oil and another dash of salt)

  6. another 5 minutes and they are ready to eat.

  7. One potato is enough to feed two or three people.
