Recipe Ingredients for Hashbrown casserole

28 oz frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 pound sausage, cooked and crumbled
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 onion

Recipe Directions for Hashbrown casserole

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. mix sausage, cheese and hash brown and salt

  3. spoon into greased 13x9 pan

  4. mix egg and milk

  5. pour over hash brown mixture

  6. bake for about 45 minutes
