Recipe Ingredients for Hash

3/4 lbs shredded pork
1 medium green pepper
3 potatoes
1 onion
1 T olive oil

Recipe Directions for Hash

dice leftover pork about 1 cup, add 3 sliced cooked potatoes, 1 sliced green pepper, 1 onion sliced to large skillet sprayed with pam and 1 T of olive oil, saute over medium all ingredients until peppers and onions are tender. If ingredients start to stick add a little water instead of more oil
