easy hash . Calories are not exact. I did the best I could. You can add all kinds of stuff like bell peppers or celery or whatever to this for taste.

Recipe Ingredients for Hash

3 potatoes, baked, peeled and roughly cubed
12 ounces ground beef, browned and drained
1/4 cup onion
2 tsp diced garlic
1 salt
1 pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 ounce bacon (half a slice chopped fine)

Recipe Directions for Hash

  1. Cook ground beef and onion. Drain. Take about a cup and a half for your recipe.

  2. heat the olive oil and brown the bacon. Add the potatoes. Brown them and add garlic and salt and pepper.

  3. Throw in the beef and brown it together. When it's got a little carmelization on it (the potatoes) Lower the heat, and put a lid on it and let it cook on low for about 5 minutes. Take off heat. Adjust saltiness to taste.
