250 g swede chopped
30 g parsnip chopped
150 g potatoes chopped
1 medium sized onion chopped
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
100 g ham
40 g beef

Recipe Directions for Hash

Chop all ingredients and fry together in butter/oil. Serve with an egg and some fresh sallad.
