Home-made shredded hash brown patties. 2 small red Potatoes makes 4 patties.

Recipe Ingredients for Hash Browns

3 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
1 large Egg, Whole
1/2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 tbsp Rosemary, Fresh
1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Hash Browns

  1. Peel, shred, rinse and dry potatoes

  2. mix w/ rosemary, garlic, egg and flour

  3. form into patties and fry in oil until golden brown -- make sure patties aren't too thick (~1/4")
