Potato Casserole using frozen diced hash brown potatoes. May prepare ahead and keep uncooked casserole in freezer or fridge until ready to cook. Allow to thaw before cooking if frozen solid.

Recipe Ingredients for Hash Browns Casserole

21.5 oz Cream of Potato Soup
8 oz Sour Cream
0.5 tsp Garlic Salt
32 oz Ore Ida Frozen Diced Potatoes
2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
8 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Hash Browns Casserole

Mix 21.5 oz condensed cream of potato soup, 1 cup sour cream, and 1.2 tsp garlic salt. Add 2 lbs frozen diced potatoes and 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and mix well. Pour into greased 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish. top with 1/2 cup parmesan shredded cheese. bake uncovered at 350 for 55-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
