Recipe Ingredients for Hash Brown Skillet

12 oz pork sausage cooked (1lb uncooked)
14 oz hash brown, o'brien style
1 onion, diced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
6 eggs
1 roma tomato, diced
1/4 cup parmesan

Recipe Directions for Hash Brown Skillet

  1. Brown ground sausage, drain off most of grease leaving 1 tbsp. Add 3 cups of hashbrowns and onions cook until lightly browned. Add mushrooms until cooked.

  2. Beat eggs. Add to pan and cook for 3 minutes until set. Stir in tomato and top with parmesan. Serve hot.
