Recipe Ingredients for Hash Brown Potato and Broccoli

1 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Broccoli, Cooked
0.5 medium raw Onion Red
1 tbsp Olive Oil
4 tsp Sriracha Chili Sauce

Recipe Directions for Hash Brown Potato and Broccoli

Dice potato into small pieces. Fry in pan, covered, wiping moisture off lid every several minutes. After flipping twice, add diced broccoli and onion. Finish with sriracha.
