Recipe Ingredients for Hash Brown Casserole

6 eggs
6 ounces skim milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
20 ounces hash brown potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion
1 medium green pepper
12 ounces Ham Cubes

Recipe Directions for Hash Brown Casserole

  1. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, pepper and cayenne pepper (if desired). Stir in the potatoes, cheese, chopped onion, chopped green pepper and ham. Pour into a greased 11 x 9 baking dish.

  2. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
