Recipe Ingredients for Hash Brown Casserole

6 large eggs, well beaten
12 fluid ounces evaporated milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
30 ounces shredded potatoes
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup diced ham

Recipe Directions for Hash Brown Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease 13X9-inch baking dish.

  2. Combine egg product, evaporated milk, salt and black pepper in large bowl. Add potatoes, cheese, onion, bell pepper, and ham; mix well. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.

  3. Bake for 60 to 65 minutes or until set.
