A favorite for the men in the family

Recipe Ingredients for Hash Brown Casserole

2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. light sour cream
1/2 c. onion
1 t. garlic salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 c. Move Over butter, melted
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded

Topping:
2 c. corn flakes, crushed
1/4 c. Move Over butter, melted

Recipe Directions for Hash Brown Casserole

  1. Mix all ingredients (except topping) together in a large bowl, adding the cheese last. Pour/pat mix into a 9 x 13 glass or stoneware baking pan.

  2. In a small bowl melt the butter. Add the corn flakes and mix well. Crumble the corn flake mixture over the top of the potatoes. Bake at 350-375 degrees F for 1.25 hours.
