Healthier version of Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole

Recipe Ingredients for Hash Brown Casserole

16 ounces hash brown potatoes
116 g fat free cheddar cheese
5 ounces 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup light sour cream
4 ounces Dip
1/4 cups chopped onion
1/4 cup bell pepper
6 ounces Sausage Crumbles
1 table salt to taste
1 pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Hash Brown Casserole

In large mixing bowl, mix soup, sour cream, dip, cheese, salt and pepper. Fold in hash browns and peppers and onions. Stir in sausage. Pour in greased baking dish and bake at 350 for one hour or until done. Thaw hash browns before mixing.
