Recipe Ingredients for Harvest Vegetable curry

1 cup, chopped Carrots
2 cup, cubes Yam
2 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tbsp Curry Powder
6 tsp Ginger Root
6 tsp Ginger Root
1 tsp Cumin
3 clove Garlic
1/4 tsp The Original Pizza Peppers Crushed Chile Flakes
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
6 Teaspoon Juice

Recipe Directions for Harvest Vegetable curry

Steam carrots, yam and onion for 5 minutes. Add broccoli, red pepper, zucchini. Steam for 8 to 10 minutes. in small saucepan, heat oil, cook curry powder, ginger root, cumin, garlic and hot pepper flakes for 2 minutes. Add water and lemon juice, simmer for 2 minutes. Toss veggies with sauce,
