Recipe Ingredients for Harvest Turkey Soup

2 cups cooked turkey
1 cup cooked chicken breast
2 cups fusilli
10 cups turkey broth
8 cups water
2 cups turnip
2 cups carrots
2 cups broccoli
1 cup potato
2 cups celery
2 tomatoes
1 bell pepper
1 cup chopped onion
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp parsley

Recipe Directions for Harvest Turkey Soup

  1. Using a large stock pot, add turkey broth and water.

  2. Add diced leftover poultry and vegetables.

  3. Add seasonings

  4. Simmer for one hour. Makes 24 one cup servings.
