Cut up everything and throw it in the crockpot, along with --1/4 tsp cloves --1/4 tsp all spice --salt and pepper to taste No need to brown the meat. Cook on low 7-9 hours.

1 pound lean ground turkey or chicken
1 yellow onion, chopped
3 chopped garlic cloves
15 oz. kidney beans, cooked
1 sweet potato, peeled and chopped
3 red potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 acorn squash, peeled and chopped
15 oz. stewed tomatoes
1 cups chicken broth
