Recipe Ingredients for Harvest Soup

4 cups beef broth
2 cups butternut squash
1 can beans, white
1/2 cup spinach, fresh, raw
2 tsp garlic
1 tbsp oregano
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 cup brown rice
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Harvest Soup

Heat broth and add butternut squash and rice. Cook till squash is tender. Add seasinings. Remove from heat and add beans (rinsed)and spinach to hot soup.
