Creamy and Cheesy Potato Casserole

Recipe Ingredients for Harvest Potatoes

1/2 cup onion, minced
1 tsp table salt
2 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
35 oz diced potatoes, frozen
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cup sour cream

Recipe Directions for Harvest Potatoes

Melt butter, shred cheese, dice onion and mix all ingredients in large bowl. Flatten into greased cake pan and bake at 350 for 1 and 1/2 hours.
