Recipe Ingredients for Harvest Granola

4 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup pistachios
1 cup dried cranberries
2 tbsp. canola oil
1/4 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for Harvest Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl, toss to evenly distribute.

  3. Pour into a parchment lined baking sheet in an even layer.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes, toss with a fork, bake for another 20 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven, cool for 4 hours at room temperature, store in an air-tight container.
