Harvest Grain with apples, cranberries, raisins, and pecans

Recipe Ingredients for Harvest Grain

2 cups dried barley, cooked
1 cup real maple syrup
3 apples, diced
1/2 c. raisins
1 cup cranberries
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. chopped pecans

Recipe Directions for Harvest Grain

  1. In small bowl, combine apple, cranberries, raisins, and cinnamon; set aside.

  2. In medium saucepan, prepare grain. Once done, let cool. Add grain to harvest mixture. Drizzle with maple syrup. Stir well to coat. Sprinkle with pecans. Serve with yogurt on the side.
