A little bit spicy, a little bit sweet. It goes great with cornbread or crackers!

Recipe Ingredients for Harvest Chili

4 cups Organic Creamy Tomato soup
1/2 cup Uncle Ben's Fast and Natural Brown Rice
15 oz organic black beans (1 can)
15 oz organic corn (1 can)
10 oz Ro-Tel, mild (1 can)
1 cup diced butternut squash
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tsp cumin

Recipe Directions for Harvest Chili

  1. Combine all ingredients in large, deep pan.

  2. Bring to a boil, then simmer over medium heat until squash and rice are done, 30-45 minutes.
