Recipe Ingredients for haricot vert

1 1/2 lb Fresh Cut French Style Green Beans
1 onion
2 tbls olive oil
4 Garlic cloves

Recipe Directions for haricot vert

  1. Slice onion into rounds and cut in half.

  2. Heat frying pan to Med-High Heat. Add 2 TBSP olive oil, then add the onions and sute 2 min. Add 1.5 lbs of preped fresh green onions. Saute, turning frequently until tender and they no longer taste raw. Add the chopped garlic and saute 2 minutes. You should see some camelization in the pan, and browing of the green bean skin. Remove and salt, peper to taste.
