Tangy and hot cilantro chutney perfect for samosas, pakoras, eggs, grilled cheese, etc

Recipe Ingredients for HARI CHUTNEY

1 1/2 cup cilantro, washed and lower stems removed
1 jalapeno peppers, chopped (seeded if desired)
3 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 tbsp ginger root, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp cumin, ground
1 tsp sunflower oil

Recipe Directions for HARI CHUTNEY

  1. Amount of cilantro used is one bunch

  2. Puree all ingredients except cilantro, either in blender or using immersion blender

  3. Add cilantro bit by bit, and puree

  4. Adjust seasonings and enjoy!

  5. Keeps in fridge up to 1 week, or you can freeze it in an ice cube tray

  6. Makes about 1 cup
