Healthy Sunday Brunch treatment as a choice. It is very suitable if it is served with fresh garden salad (or shepherd salad), some grapes and a nice glass of cold beer.

Recipe Ingredients for Hard Boiled egg on warm toast from Olga's Healthy Choice

50 g whole grain bread
40 g cheese
20 g salami
5 g butter
1 egg
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch chili pepper

Recipe Directions for Hard Boiled egg on warm toast from Olga's Healthy Choice

  1. Warm up the slice of bread in oven (electrical at 250 oC).

  2. Take it off and pread a thin slice of butter, a layer of cheese (low fat), and a slice of silky salami (low fat) and put in oven again. After 3 minutes, add another layer of cheese on top of it and spread peppers (and some herbs if desired). And put in oven a few minutes more till the cheese gets golden colour.

  3. Done!

  4. While working on toast, boil the egg (just 5 minutes), keep in cold water for 2 minutes then took the hard skin off. Divide the egg in two.

  5. Place the warm toast on a large place. Place egg halfs on it. Pure some herbs and spices onto egg slices.

  6. Serve with nice fresh garden salad, some fresh fruits of season and and nice glass of cold beer/or some fruity wine/or just a nice cup of tea or coffee!
